How It Works

Ordering is easy:

  1. Set up your account online.
  2. You will receive an email confirming your account information.
  3. Review our packages and grocery items.
  4. Prepare your order. Select the items you would like to have us purchase for you.
  5. We will be pre-authorizing your credit card in the amount of $300. This will cover our fee and a portion of the grocery cost. Once we have a total we will settle up: either send you a refund check for any funds due to you OR invoice you via PayPal for the difference as final payment. ***PLEASE NOTE–WE DO NOT KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE***
  6. That’s it! We will confirm the details and deliver your order directly to your hotel, condo, or private home. In most cases we can gain access to your accommodations and neatly stock your kitchen before you arrive!

We recommend that you have your order placed (and funds secured) within 10 days of arrival.  This allows us the opportunity to ensure that you get the items you have requested and the best service possible.
